Meet the Team

A Note from the Brothers
Coming from a large family, it is our goal to offer an effective program at a great value! Because our entire program costs less than one session with many of the trainers who helped us create it – and far less than personal training with our father, Dr. Nate – we are certain we’ve delivered. As kids who have reaped the benefits of focused fitness, we know the limitless potential you have as a youthful competitor. Join us and the Peer Driven community and start your path to success today!

Meet Ayden
At 13 years old, Ayden is the eldest son, and the guinea pig of the PD Fitness program. He’s been participating in high-level sports competitions since he was six and loving every minute.
For the past three years, Ayden has been named to the All-Iowa Olympic Development Program Soccer Team and was invited to the 2018 All-Iowa Football Team, where he is touted as one of the most versatile football players in the league.
Ayden credits most of his sports success on one thing: Consistency with Peer Driven programs. “Over the years, I’ve noticed that not only have the workouts made a huge difference, but also our nutritional system has greatly improved my performance,” he says. “I would love to see you on the PD system training with us so you can excel in sports and see the improvements yourself.”

Meet Andrew
Andrew, the 11-year-old middle son of Dr. Nate, has seen impressive sport success of his own. Joining his older brother on the All-Iowa Olympic Development Program Soccer Team, Andrew is quickly becoming one of the state’s most competitive soccer players in his age group.
This year, Andrew was invited to the Sporting Kansas City Soccer Academy, which brings in the most promising young athletes from all over the Midwest.
Andrew’s other loves include wrestling, football, and helping kids his age meet their fitness goals.
“Helping other kids train correctly with our Peer Driven program has become one of my most favorite things to do,” says Andrew. “I love watching other kids hit their goals!”

Meet Asher
The youngest of the brothers, 9-year-old Asher is following in his brothers’ footsteps as a sports fanatic and versatile competitor. His favorite sports include flag football, soccer, basketball, and wrestling.
“This year has been a lot of fun for me in sports,” says Asher. “I can really tell that the Peer Driven workouts I’ve been doing with my brothers are making me a lot better. Plus, I knew I had to start getting after my workouts if I was to ever get a shot at the PS4 remote in the basement.”
Something Asher also loves about the Peer Driven Fitness program is the ability to see your progress after each completed program. “It feels good to see I’m getting better, and makes me want to try harder for the next time we test.” he says.
